All Caterpillar engines are built according to factory specifications by trained personnel that follow our own strict remanufactured engine procedures. For all engines, Diesel Specialists observes the following steps:

• Completely disassemble and hot tank every engine to the bare block and individual component
  
• Inspect and machine the cylinder block and crankshaft in our own in-house machine shop
  
• Rebuild to Caterpillar published specifications by qualified technicians
  
• Dynamometer test in our own 2500BHP NIST traceable dynamometer
  
• Furnish each engine with a one-year warranty, dynamometer report, and start-up inspection report
  
• Offer an extended 2-year warranty on most models with the purchase of a Perennial Monitoring System
